Ronald represents clients of various sizes and industries in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law, including, but not limited to, entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and review and a wide variety of other outside general counsel responsibilities.
Ronald focuses on representing small and midsized businesses with respect to any corporate focused legal needs that may arise from inception.
Prior to joining Litwin Kach, Ronald worked for 3 years in the Columbus, Ohio office of a Detroit based national law firm, and 3 years in the Columbus, Ohio office of a Midwest focused large law firm, in their respective corporate transactional departments.
Ronald received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The Ohio State University and graduated cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law.
