Richard Zaleskie focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters, and is skilled at handling transactions that are both multinational in scope and financially complex.
Richard’s experience includes representing U.S. and international private equity funds, family offices, and other buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, counseling small and middle market companies and private equity funds through debt and equity financings, and serving as outside general counsel to private equity portfolio companies and other companies in various stages from formation through exit.
Prior to joining Litwin Kach, Richard practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP in Dallas. Richard was named in the 2021-2024 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America by Best Lawyers magazine.
Richard received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his B.S. magna cum laude in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is licensed to practice law in Texas.
