Paul Ruscheinski

With more than 22 years of litigation experience, I represent clients in complex matters in both state and federal courts across the country. I am licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, and Michigan, and have handled a broad range of disputes across multiple industries.

My practice focuses on commercial disputes, general liability matters, construction litigation, mass torts, and professional liability claims. Throughout my career, I have represented businesses, insurers, and professionals facing high-stakes litigation, developing strategic approaches designed to achieve practical and efficient results.

I believe effective advocacy begins with understanding each client’s unique goals and challenges. Every case—and every client—is different. I partner closely with my clients to build long-term relationships and develop tailored litigation strategies that align with their objectives, risk tolerance, and business priorities.

Before entering the legal profession, I was a collegiate athlete. That competitive background continues to shape my approach to litigation: preparation, discipline, and teamwork are essential to success.

Outside of my practice, I live on the north side of Chicago with my family. I enjoy coaching youth sports, spending time with family, and cooking. I also maintain a regular meditation practice and place a strong emphasis on wellness and balance.
