Maria represents clients of all sizes and industries in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, debt and equity financing, and general corporate law, including but not limited to corporate formation and governance, ownership disputes, intellectual property issues, and contract drafting and review.
Maria strives to be a resource and partner to her clients with regards to their legal needs and more, and enjoys working with entrepreneurs and established businesses alike in an outside general counsel role. She aims to provide creative solutions that both solve the legal issue in question, and keep an eye towards the client’s business goals and concerns.
Prior to joining Litwin Kach, Maria worked for 3 years at a Denver-based national firm and 2 years at a Texas-based boutique firm in each of the firm’s corporate transactional departments.
Maria is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and Daniels College of Business, and received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan. Maria is fluent in French and Spanish, and licensed in Colorado and Texas.
