Liz Berlinsky is an experienced real estate attorney with nearly 20 years of practice focused on commercial real estate transactions and leasing across the United States.
Prior to joining Litwin Kach, LLP, Liz was an attorney at Holland & Knight LLP, where she represented individuals, municipalities, institutional investors, and REITs in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. She also practiced at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks LLP, advising prominent national retail developers with an emphasis on commercial leasing. Most recently, Liz spent more than a decade in-house with a leading Chicago-based real estate developer, where she worked closely with the asset management, construction and leasing teams and played a key role in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, management, and disposition of office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties.
Liz is admitted to practice law in Illinois. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2006.
