Joe Ransom’s practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions, representing commercial real estate property owners, private equity investors, developers, landlords and tenants on matters that include acquisitions, dispositions, financing, retail and office leasing and development transactions.
Prior to joining Litwin Kach, Joe was an associate at two leading law firms in Boston, where he worked with private equity and real estate investors as well as companies in the life sciences, technology, banking, sports and entertainment, recreation, health care, and retail industries to maximize their value from real estate transactions.
During law school, Joe served as a law clerk with the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, where he assisted with construction financing and landlord-tenant matters.
Joe is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. He received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.S. from Boston College.
In addition to practicing law, Joe has served on the Board of Directors of the South Boston Community Health Center since 2014.
