Jeffrey’s practice focuses on a wide range of legal and business issues. He is outside general counsel to a variety of corporations and emerging companies, assisting them in their day-to-day legal needs. This includes a range of legal and business matters such as advising clients on general corporate matters, intellectual property, M&A, licensing, commercial agreements, due diligence, cyber-security, artificial intelligence and data privacy.
Currently, Jeffrey is the General Counsel to 11.2 Ventures, a venture builder studio focusing on artificial intelligence in the transportation and business intelligence spaces.
Jeffrey obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, a J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
