Jacqueline (“Jacqui”) Bishop brings 13 years of extensive transactional experience to Litwin Kach’s Renewable Energy and Commercial Real Estate practice groups. In her energy practice, Jacqui advises clients developing wind and solar projects throughout the United States and serves the firm’s clients by drafting, negotiating, and exercising site control documents, guiding projects through title and survey review, and assisting in other transactional matters related to project development and disposition.
In her commercial real estate practice, Jacqui represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale, commercial financing, office and retail leasing, and legal structuring for cooperative housing projects.
Jacqui’s experience includes serving in-house counsel for a publicly traded renewable energy company and managing the real estate interests for over 1GW of renewable energy development.
Jacqui is admitted to practice law in the State of Oregon. Jacqui received her Juris Doctor in 2007 from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science in 2002 from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
