Glenn’s primary focus is representing solar and storage developers in all aspects of development including site control, title, offtake, financing, due diligence reviews, EPC agreements, O&M agreements and the purchase and sale of projects or project entities. His experience with developers has led to work with other clients in the renewables ecosystem that include landowners, engineers, warranty providers, development consultants, and contractors.
Serving as outside general counsel to small businesses from a variety of industries (such as real estate development, entertainment, and healthcare) complements Glenn’s renewable energy practice.
Representative matters include commercial real estate leasing and conveyancing, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consumer contracts, entity formation, employment and independent contractor agreements.
Glenn is licensed in Massachusetts and New York and is a graduate of Emory University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Yeshiva University). When he’s not working, Glenn is spending time with his wife, three daughters, and golden retriever in Natick, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund and on the Board of Directors for FIDO of Natick, Inc., the steward of Eddie’s Park, the town’s dog park.
