Bella Field

Bella is an associate who began her career at Litwin Kach. Her practice spans the corporate transactional and litigation teams. Bella focuses her practice on a range of matters, including corporate formations and dissolutions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies/venture capital, and commercial litigation.

Bella graduated with her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.S. in Political Science and French from Santa Clara University, where she also minored in International Business. She is fluent in French and, following her graduation from college, taught English in France.

Bella is admitted to practice law in Illinois and is a member of the Northern District of Illinois General Bar. She is currently based in Chicago.
