Anna Kazaz is an experienced litigator who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil disputes. Her practice includes general liability, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, and contract and commercial disputes.
Anna has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict and works closely with clients to develop practical strategies that address both the legal and business issues involved in a dispute. She manages cases through every stage of litigation, from early investigation and pre-suit claims through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Before joining Litwin Kach LLP, Anna was a partner at a Midwest-based litigation firm, where she served as lead counsel in numerous cases involving substantial damages claims.
Anna earned her J.D., cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law. She also earned her Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degrees, graduating summa cum laude, from Saint Petersburg State University School of Law in Russia.
