Andrew Greene

Andy represents and advises a wide range of clients – from Fortune 500 companies to SMB’s — on some of their most complex legal disputes. He has litigated cases across the U.S. involving contracts, insurance coverage, IP claims, healthcare provider reimbursement, shareholder disputes, investor fraud, employment claims, directors and officers liability, and much more. He also represented clients in government investigations, internal investigations, crisis management, risk management, and board governance.

Throughout his career, Andy has developed a track record of achieving results through creative solutions. He has tried cases and argued appeals in both federal and state courts and arbitrated and mediated multiple matters. When representing plaintiffs in commercial litigation, Andy has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of clients. On the defense side, he has achieved dismissal or favorable settlement of high-profile individual claims and class actions.

Andy started his career at Altheimer & Gray, where he made partner. He later joined Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal (now Dentons) as partner, after which he founded a successful commercial litigation boutique that successfully developed a model for applying fixed fees and alternative billing to complex commercial litigation. Andy later became a partner at Elevate, a company that provides operational and technical expertise to large in-house legal departments. Most recently before joining Litwin Kach, he founded Nextpoint Law Group, one of the first Arizona ABS law firms owned by an eDiscovery technology company.

Andy obtained his law degree from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, graduating cum laude, and his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Chicago. Andy is licensed in Illinois and Arizona.
