Adam’s practice is focused in the areas of energy, commercial real estate, and general business related issues. Adam has assisted clients on matters ranging from large scale renewable energy development, acquisition and disposition of real property, and commercial retail and office leasing.
Prior to joining Litwin Kach LLP, Adam worked as an attorney for a boutique Denver-based law firm, representing oil and gas operators and mineral owners on title and real estate matters.
Adam received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Adam is located in the Denver office of Litwin Kach LLP and is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.
