Adam Ford

Adam’s practice focuses on renewable energy and commercial real estate transactions. Adam represents clients on real estate matters in connection with the development, construction, operation, financing, and disposition of solar, wind, and energy storage projects. Adam also assists clients with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial properties, including retail, office, multi-family, industrial, mixed-use, and vacant land assets.

Prior to joining Litwin Kach LLP, Adam worked as an attorney for a boutique Denver-based law firm, representing oil and gas operators on title, survey and real estate matters.

Adam received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Adam is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New Jersey.
